Indians Pick Chisenhall Has Had Troubled Past
Turns out that new Indians infielder, Lonnie Chisenhall, has a bit of a troubled past. The Akron Beacon Journal is reporting that Chisenhall was kicked off the South Carolina baseball team back in March of 2007 and charged with burglary and larceny. Chisenhall moved from SC to Pitt Junior College, where this past season he hit .410 with 8 homers and 66 RBI. The Indians are standing by the pick, but as you can read from the article in today’s edition, the pick of Chisenhalll could be a very risky one if things don’t work out.
