Tribe in the Middle of MLB Teams in Terms of Worth
The Indians are right in the middle of the pack when it comes to worth as far as Major League Baseball teams are concerned. In a story on Biz Journal, Forbes has pegged the Indians worth at about $417 million, putting them 15th in the league. The story says the Tribe has a revenue of $181 million, and operating income of $29.2 mil. No surprise that the Yankees are by far the most expensive team, as they come in at $1.31 billion.
